Murphy & Riley Secures Another Defense Verdict.

On March 25, 2019, William P. Mekrut obtained a defense verdict after a five day trial in Suffolk Superior Court on behalf of his client, a member of a local hospital’s police and security staff, in a case in which the plaintiff alleged he was falsely arrested and subjected to excessive use of force in the course of the arrest on hospital property.
