Joseph M. Gesker, Jr. joins Murphy & Riley in our Quincy office!
With more than twenty years of litigation experience before federal and state courts, and arbitration panels, Joseph brings his extensive expertise in construction risk management, business organization, government regulation, insurance coverage, and environmental, intellectual property, and tort litigation to our Quincy office.
A member of the bar in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Joseph has obtained verdicts on behalf of licensed professionals, insurance carriers, developers, contractors, and property owners throughout the state.
He has also affected positive change to legislation and regulations regarding professional practices in Massachusetts through the representation of professional advocacy organizations before government entities.
