Melissa S. Arnold
Melissa joined the firm in 2011 after spending 5 years at a Boston law firm defending cases and representing clients in matters involving general tort litigation, insurance coverage disputes and toxic tort litigation. Prior to that, her practice focused on insurance fraud defense.
Melissa has defended clients in state and federal courts, and through the use of alternative dispute resolution.
Melissa’s practice with Murphy & Riley, P.C. focuses on insurance coverage (including disputes under M.G.L. c. 93A and 176D) and general liability defense.
During law school, Melissa was a Case and Note Editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine.
