
Patrick joined Murphy & Riley, P.C. as an Associate in March 2017. Prior to joining the firm, he represented national insurance carriers and their insured in various state and federal courts in Massachusetts, as well as appellate courts. Patrick’s previous experience focused primarily on personal injury defense, construction litigation, products liability, premises liability, and employment discrimination. Patrick has experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in employment law, family law, as well as civil and business litigation matters.
Patrick is a graduate of New England School of Law where he was the Lead Article Editor for the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement. His current practice focuses on representing not for profit social services agencies, as well as general liability claims.
