Murphy & Riley Runs Lawyers Have Heart 5K

Seventeen employees from Murphy & Riley participated in the American Heart Association Lawyers Have Heart 5K on June 25th to help fund continued research on heart disease.  The team, led by shareholders Jack Coakley, Chris Long, and Bill Mekrut, ran or walked around the seaport section of Boston in support of this worthwhile event. Paralegal Katherine Chenail, in one of her last acts with the firm before she goes off to law school, paced the team with a time of 21:04, ending up in the top 100 of all participants and 8th in her division.
