Adam joined Murphy & Riley, P.C. as an associate in 2019 bringing over a decade of litigation experience throughout Florida and the Commonwealth. His current practice focuses on the defense of not for profit social service agencies and general liability claims.
Adam started his legal career in the government sector, spending three years as an Assistant Public Defender, which included significant felony-level courtroom criminal practice. Later in the private sector, within firms and a national insurance carrier, he worked primarily in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, and workers’ compensation, with some exposure to real estate, probate, and family law. Adam’s civil and criminal background taught him the importance of carefully assessing the complex needs of clients facing steep odds and effectively communicating advice in a manner they could understand and support.
