Michael P. Roche

Michael P. Roche has more than 10 years of experience in insurance coverage, professional liability and business litigation matters.  Mike is an experienced trial attorney in Superior Court and Federal Court, as well as in appeals before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is also experienced with representing his clients in all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Mike’s practice focuses on commercial insurance coverage, environmental claims, construction defect claims, title insurance claims and errors and omissions claims against brokers, insurance agents, real estate agents, and attorneys. 

Mike achieved the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 2007 and is on the Board of Directors of the CPCU Boston Chapter.  Mike is a founding member of the Marshfield Education Foundation’s Board of Directors and is active in coaching youth sports.
