Lisa Oliver White

Lisa Oliver White joined Murphy & Riley, P.C. in May 2010.  Lisa’s current practice involves the representation of not for profit social service agencies, defense of accounting and legal malpractice matters as well as premises liability matters.  For 3 years prior to joining the firm, Lisa’s focus was on general liability, premises liability and tort defense.  Earlier, she served as a judicial law clerk in the chambers of the Honorable Maureen McKenna Goldberg of the Rhode Island Supreme Court.  While at Suffolk University Law School, from which she graduated magna cum laude in 2006, Lisa was the Production Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review. 

Lisa is the author of Mandatory Recording of Custodial Interrogations Nationwide: Recommending a New Model Code, 39 Suffolk U.L. Rev. 263 (2005).  She also served as a S.J.C. Rule 3:03 Certified Student Prosecutor at the West Roxbury District Court, and was the Thomas J. Drinan Memorial Fellowship Recipient (2005).
